Red Rabbits

Processes

We are not going to go into detail on every process for every type of project, but rather say: we have refined and defined processes for most things we do. We are addicted to structure and systematic ways of doing things, both internally and when dealing with projects. This saves us and our clients a lot of time and worrying.

It is important to us that the client knows what is going on, when, how and why. We aim to remove any insecurities that a client may experience, by including them in the process from start to finish. Basecamp, our online project management and collaboration tool, allows everyone involved with a project to access the same information at any time, never loosing track of status and tasks.

Being addicted to structure pays off with warming feedback from clients like VW Audi Club:

"After we started using Red Rabbits for our magazine, we were extremely impressed by their efficient workflow, professional routines and super creative, all around nice guy employees. Red Rabbits will no doubt receive a lot of work from us in the future!"

- Joachim Næss, Editor / VW Audi Club Norwegen

Get involved

Our online project management and collaboration tool, Basecamp, is one of our most valuable process tools.
Basecamp is a dedicated project area that gets everybody involved with a project access to the same: Messages, comments/dialogues, to-dos (assigned to specific people and dates), milestones/deadlines, collaborative writing, resource files and deliverables. One of many big upsides with working on a project with Basecamp is the elimination of email chaos. All information is in the same place and accessible to everyone involved.

In larger productions like catalogues and magazines, we use Dropbox for file sharing in addition to Basecamp. Dropbox let's us share folders with clients for resources and deliverables, much like a shared local server.

Helpdesk

As an added value for our clients, we make instruction and information videos, using screen recording and voice. Don't worry about forgetting how something works in the systems we provide. Our general Helpdesk includes introductions to the collaborative software we use in projects, as well as tutorial videos made on request from clients in the cases we find it to be valuable for other clients as well.

In addition to the general helpdesk, we make custom helpdesks for our clients, free of charge. When a client is at our office to get an instruction on how to administer their new website, we record everything that happens on the screen and everything being said. This way, the client can refresh their memory if needed the next time they want to edit their website.
